Our company is located in Fuzhou, it is 60 Km far from Fuzhou International airport, 300Km far from Xiamen airport, 200 Km far from Jinjiang (Quanzhou) airport.
Our porcelain factory is located in Dehua, it is 200Km far from Xiamen airport,
200Km far from Fuzhou International airport, 150Km far from Jinjiang airport.
Our Talc factory is located in GuangXi province, it is 1800Km far from
Fuzhou.
Our Gypsum factory is located in Henan Province, it is 300Km far from Zhengzhou airport.

What is the Payment Terms?
In general, there are three payment ways for your choice.
1. If total amount of your order is less than USD 10,000, full payment in advance is to be effected.
2. If the goods are shipped by vessel and order total amount reach or more than USD 10,000, 30% T/T deposite is requested, the balance 70% payment is to be effected within 5 working days as soon as the buyer get the copy of B/L.
3. If the goods are shipped by air and order total amount reach or more than USD 10,000, 30% T/T deposite is requsted, the balance 70% payment is to be effected before shipment.
What about Delivery Time?
Based on different item, delivery time varies according to quantity and sales season.
As usual, we make delivery for samples in 14 days, make delivery for
production in 30-45 days after receiving deposite or irrevocable L/C at sight.
Can you accept OEM/ODM business?
Yes, on most occasions we make production according to your design and
request. We also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with private brand
or labels.
Can I ask Special Packing?
Yes, we are willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra
packing charge.
Can I order samples?
Yes, you can order samples for evaluation, but we will charge sample fee and shipping cost.
Can you send me a catalogue?
As we update products every day, at present we have not printed catalogue, but you can ask for CD-catalogue.
Do you have a showroom?
As we develop new designs everyday, all our samples are in our factories. Welcome to visit our factory.
How can I know the process of sample, production and shipment.
You can login orientsupply.com, click ¡®Track¡¯, we will give each customer a USER ID and Password, please input your user ID and password, you can see all the process of your order. Or you can call our hot line or send E-mail to business@orientsupply.com.
How to arrange Shipment?
You can make shipment by yourself and advise us the contact information of the forwarder
agent in China before production completion, or you can ask us to arrange
shipment on behalf of you subject to your prepaid freight before shipping.
Can I combine your goods with other suppliers?
Yes, please just give contact information to us, we will do it.
How to effect the Insurance?
If you want to cover insurance on shipment, you can arrange insurance by yourself or ask
us to do this on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid premium before
shipping.
I don't find the items I need, what can I do?
We have more than 100,000 different designs in database, we only show a part of them
online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed
specifications and, design and request, we will send you product information as per your
preference.
What kind of currency can you accept?
We can accept US Dollar and EUR and JPY.
What country can you arrange shipping to?
We can arrange shipping anywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost once you confirm order quantity, shipping method and detailed address.
