History

In the year the company was founded, it coincided with the global financial crisis. Although customers nearly halted their purchases that year, every colleague worked diligently. We believed that hard work would surely yield rewards, so we remained unfazed.

By 2009, the global financial crisis had passed, and most factories experienced a surge in orders. It was also from that year onwards that the Chinese government injected 4 trillion yuan into the market, leading to the development of real estate domestically and extensive infrastructure projects, resulting in a shortage of workers and a significant increase in wages. Workers began to defy factory management, and the quality of products deteriorated. Some local factories, upon discovering defects such as glaze deficiency or pinholes in ceramic products, opted not to reapply glaze and refire, but instead to cover the affected areas with paint. Paint is a chemical product that is not only toxic but also flakes off during use. Since these products come into contact with food, consuming the paint could cause harm to one's health.

Jianping was the QC department manager. Both he and I abhorred this practice. After discussing together, we unanimously agreed that although we couldn't provide customers with the best quality products, we should at least produce food-safe products while continually improving our product quality.

Apart from producing our own goods, Fuzhou Credit Industrial Co., Ltd. also outsourced orders to other factories. Our own factory was the only one in the region managed using Taiwanese methods, with strict requirements and excellent quality. Other factories had subpar quality. For every order outsourced to other factories, Jianping and I personally inspected them, never missing a single order. Due to our strict quality requirements, some factories didn't understand or cooperate, posing significant resistance. Nevertheless, we persisted in our principles. During this process, some factories couldn't align with our principles, and we had to reluctantly let them go. Fortunately, some factories established sound quality management systems under our strict requirements.

To continually improve product quality, we established a strong and responsible QC and merchandising team who resided in the factory every day, overseeing every step of the production process to ensure no issues arose.

After years of cultivation, besides our own factory, we have outsourced to over 10 factories. Each one adheres to the principles of Fuzhou Credit Industrial Co., Ltd., and their product quality is excellent. That's why we can introduce ourselves in our 'about us' section as a company that provides customers with high-quality products.

Because of our stable product quality, Fuzhou Credit Industrial Co., Ltd. has accumulated more and more customers and has become one of the largest ceramic enterprises in the region.
